- Real scope, not a nominal package — including in-house mechanical and piping crews, so we can hold a meaningful piece of work
- Certification you can rely on — SBA VetCert SDVOSB, owner-controlled, verifiable in SAM.gov and SBA Small Business Search
- Prime, sub, or joint venture — we hold prime contracts, so we understand your side of the paperwork
- Public-work fluency — prevailing wage, certified payroll, federal QC format, and occupied-site sequencing already in place
FOR SUBS & SUPPLIERS
Bid our work.
We self-perform selected scopes and subcontract the rest. We keep a standing bid list for trades and suppliers who can work to public specification, carry the required insurance, and produce certified payrolls without being chased.
- Bid documents on request — we send plans, specs and addenda directly to firms on our bid list
- What we need from you — W-9, certificate of insurance, license, and any DBE, SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone or state small-business certification you hold
- Certified firms, tell us — your certification helps us meet subcontracting plan goals, which makes you easier to award
- Prompt payment — pay applications processed on a published schedule

We do not lend our certification. If our name is on the subcontracting plan, our people are on the site.
